A classic geometric grid · Handwoven in Gujarat
Small geometric motifs set close together in a neat, even grid. Manekchowk Patola Sarees have a calm, structured beauty that feels traditional and quietly elegant.
Manekchowk is a traditional Patola pattern in which small geometric motifs are arranged tightly across the body of the saree, forming a clear grid. Every motif is tied and dyed into the threads before weaving, so the lines stay crisp from the border to the pallu. Some sarees pair the grid with flowers on the border or an elephant or figure motif on the pallu.
